The Day Darth Vader Died

Darth Vader died today.

I learned the news while running errands this afternoon.

But Darth Vader was waiting for me at home.

I had won an auction of a still sealed in the package Darth Vader from 1978.

The very first Darth Vader.

A 12-back as they are referred to in the collecting world.

It was my intent to flip it. I got it at such a good price , I could make a significant profit.

But with the timing, the ethereal connection, this may now stay in the permanent wing of the Tiller collection.

Crap.

Darth Vader died today.

But he was waiting for me at home.
