I’ve been a U2 fan since 1988. I like they’re old stuff. I like their new stuff. Today May 10 is Bono’s 65 birthday. May 7 was my 52nd birthday. What the hell… When I first started following U2, he was 28. I was 15. We grow old. Time moves forward. Our faces are no longer smooth. Hair is no longer black, or in my case, even around. I had two shoulder surgeries in my 51st year. And the drummer for U2, Larry Mullen Jr., had back surgery keeping him out the concerts at the Sphere in Las Vegas last year.
